Need advice when it comes to lease agreement for a beauty supply store?
I am currently looking at some property in AL that i feel is perfect for a beauty supply store that i want to open. I have the money and credit if I need it to. I am planning on leasing some property in a new shopping center in a growing city. There will be a Target, Burger King, Taco Bell, a movie theatre, Ross, TJ Maxx, Publix, and more. Target will open at the last week of June. I just got the lease agreement for a1500+ sq ft area. They want $2400/mo. 3 month lease. I am new at this. I have never owned a store front business. How low should I go in a counteroffer so as not to be insulting? Or should I agree to the lease? Who can I talk to about this for more answers?
