questions on building a small company with IT tools?

Hi! Any IT specialists from Singapore, able to tell me what are the things required for: Coporate Communications HR & Administration Internal Audit Finanace and Accounting and usually for CEOs, General Managers and CFO, what kind of laptops/computers/softwares do they need? A little more information, under Coporate Communications, the things that they do are like Press releases to the media, Mass media communications(like posters,flyers) , and reports and documentations. what are the IT stuff that they need? Same for the rest, all the IT things required. For Administration, they do things like payroll, recruitment, staff leave. For Sales & marketing, its like market development, advertising and promotions, sales and marketing, customer relationship maintenance and so on. Internal Audit, they do regular auditing, IT audit and software licensing. Finance and Accounting, they do bugeting, financial and managerial accounting, forecasting, reports and documentations. Please help me!
