Need Insurance Agent Requirements?

Hello, I am launching a new website for ALL types of Insurance Agents. It will have a feature on it for STATE and NATIONAL level insurance agent specialists in their chosen insurance field. This will be an application process. I wish to build a form that will ask for certain requirements. This is so that these specialists are truly specialists in that insurance field. My question is what should I look for OR REQUIRE, eg. HOW LONG IN THE INSURANCE BIZ; How large is their staff, volume of business, licenses, ect??? Please reply with valid feedback. Not mean spirited insurance agents (and you know who you are) that are threatened by a online insurance directory that will give the smaller insurance agents who do not have the time nor the money to be found on the first 1-3 pages of the major search engines.
