Setting up a website???
I want to set up a website where I can upload different info and pics everyday, accept payments online. There needs to be plenty of space on the site as im hoping this will be quite a popular site. I need advice on weather it best to go for a big web building company or are you just as well with a local kind of company. And how do you go about getting it high up on a search engine. And approx how much does it cost??I know its a lot of questions but any advise is greatly appreciated

i'm with fasthosts.co.uk they offer good shop deals or 123 reg.co.uk and if you advertise with google (its cheapest), £5 setup fee and you can work out your own advertising budget £10 minimum for a "running budget" which takes money off if you choose a pay per click advertising option. You could load up pics as and when and setup payments on the site (you have different types of accounts available with the webhosting companies) and you can either choose a basic option (and add paypal as a logo or shopping payment option) or get a webhosting account (which costs about £5 more than the basic) which already has shopping cart options etc). (They had or possible still have domain names for small fee and a very unbeatable free .com domain name with all packages deal going on).
