postal indicia?

I have survey cards I am dropping off to clients and I want them pre-posted with an indicia set up for our company. When I looked up indicia information at usps.com it seems like a typical indicia you get on things YOU are mailing out. I want them on the card so my clients can mail them back to me without charge to them. How would I go about doing this? Also, do I have to pay for each card that gets the indicia or just for the cards that are returned to me in the mail? Now if I am setting up a BRM account, there are guidelines to how it needs to be printed. Do you know if I printing place with print the BMR info on the card...or how one goes about doing that?
