should i get my solicitor to avict my tenant or do it myself?

I have had a tenant in my property for 1 year 4 months now, at first all was good, till I was informed that they were filming gay porn films for a adult film production company. The dvd are even on a adult webpage for sale. In my contract its clearly stated that NO business can be carried out from the property ( 5. Not to receive paying guest or carry on or permit to be carried on any business , trade or profession on or from the property. ) thats what it states on the contract. I have seen all the proff of my flat being used for the films along with photos etc, even people standing on my kitchen worktops. Now I want them out. Should I just write to them giving the 2 weeks to vacate my property or go and see a solicitor? What would you say?
