What is the best way to go about launching a training and recruitment business?

I have recently launched a training and recruitment business business which I plan to run simultaneously, as in getting requirements from companies and training people as per company's requirement. due to less industry exposure I plan to start with junior level first and then move on to middle and sennior level. The problem right now in front of me is lack of a brand name in the market to assure companies of rpoviding skillful training as well as candidates that once the training is complete they have a good chance of being placed. Please guide me through the intial steps into launching this business. My prior experience has been in the field of direct promotion, primary research for a large retail company, end to end recruitment consulting at all levels and finally consulting services to small and medium retailers. Though previously the focus was only retail, now I would like to explore other sectors with similar skill requirement for the front end staff.
