Question
how can get job by referral of an insider?
it's said : "A new type of job solution is getting hot this year. They are community websites connecting job-seekers with current employees of good companies. Job-seekers can get a good chance to be noticed, whenever the insider employee think he is worth referring. Insider employees can usually claim a nice "employee referral bonus" from his own employer on a successful referral. There are 4 such websites in the world, 3 in USA. All of them are new in 2007. The largest one is InsidersReferral.com . They seems having the best marketing program, because they have the most number of members. " is this reliable?

Do they charge for membership? If so, they may be worthless. A referral by an insider is only of value if the insider actually knows you. If you have to pay to get a referral from a stranger, and even if it is free, it is a dishonest or even fraudulent referral. The insider making the referral, perhaps for a monetary reward is cheating his company, and the employee applying for a job on the basis of that referral is providing a fraudulent job application. If you know someone who works for a company where you would like to get a job, there is nothing wrong with asking for a referral from that person. A referral from a complete stranger is of no value to you or to the company.
