Details about getting a Veteran Business Loan?

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to answer this. I'm trying to apply for a Business loan with two other partner. I recently applied at a local bank for this but it doesn't look good. All are credit is good but our debt to income is not that great. I was considering getting a veteran business Loan and I know about SBA. I guess my question is how hard will it be and is it possible to get a loan for around 170,000 includeing the building. I know about good business plans and how important they are but i just need a little more insight on this matter. I really appreciate your help! KEVIN
