Best Selling Practices!?

I currently am in a position where I must sell my companies loyalty programs. Customers around my area either dont want, or already have this program, but the company wants us to get more sales. Anyone have any ideas for books or just plain tips for getting people to jump into the program that I am in intense need to sell? Any tips would help, and I am willing to read anything that would help give me more oppurtunity to sell. Its a retail store. This isnt an outside sales deal. I am the Store Manager of a Retail store. And the loyaltly programs are things we offer inside that we have to sell.
