All these answers are ways to go about it. Try analyzing your current customer base with a survey if possible to see what some causes may be. Also the product itself needs to be present in the question because it could be anything from politics to economics from industrial to consumer. Many possible factors. 8, 5, 2, & 3 I would do for that product.
