A legitimate timeshare reseller will take the commission after is sold. To resale or rent a timeshare is a hard task, the basic rule is not to pay money up-front, don’t be another victim of a scam. There are some free classified adds where you can post it and get some results: timeshareownerscommunity ... tug2 ... craigslist ... ebay ... timesharegateway ... bidshares ... If you just want to get rid of it and you don't care about money, you may be able to donate at www.donateforacause.org

No sites charge 0 commission. They wouldn't make any money that way... Its like asking if there are any people out there willing to sell cars for you for free.

If you go with a free site to list, you usually get what you pay for in this world. Best to use a broker like www.timesharehotdeal.com or www.timesharebrokerservices.com who are licensed real estate brokers that can match you up with a potential buyer like a real estate company would. The commission comes out after the sale.

Paying up front worked for me I sold my manhattan club. Why did it sell because I wasn't in the mind set that my timeshare was worth 100k. Like above said you get what you pay for. Free sites are going to have every crazy calling or emailing you. Putting your information out on the internet is never a wise idea. LIsting with an advertising company protects your identity and screens all offers an questions. Make sure the company you list with has a money back guarantee because if you do try other services and a different service works you can then get your money back. If they don't offer a money back I wouldn't bother to me that says they just want your money. Check out buyatimeshare.com
