Is your credit score good? Have you had any late payments? Have you checked your credit reports to see if everything looks good? Is the balance on your Wamu card low now? You should be able to log into your WaMu account and see your credit profile. Then I believe you'll have to call them and ask for an increase.

Call your credit card company and ask for a higher credit limit. They will look at a number of factors (your credit score, your payment history, etc.) and decide if they want to expand your credit.
