Has anyone ever heard of "One Communications"?? (telecommunications)?

Question

I manage a business in NJ and I currently use Verizon as our phone provider (local, long distance, dsl). I was approached by this company "One Communications" and they have better rates than Verizon but I am worried about switching. Please only respond if you use "One Communications" or if you know anything about the company.

I do the phones for a medical center in NYC with three offices that uses XO for voice and data. I have had no problems with them and the customer seems happy with XO. Sorry, answered about the wrong company. One Commuications is a Verizon reseller. I have delt with them regarding a medical office that one of my customers was taking over. I had no problems with them but experience was only for six months.
