hi there , you can go ta a western union money transfer center normally a bank or an exchange centre then tell them which country you would like to transfer the amount to and whom then they will transfer the amount to the desired country and the reciever can redeem the amount in any western union centre in his country by showing a proof of identity .(passport,drivers licence or any govt related document like ssn card or something) they will charge you some amount to transfer the money based on the amount and they will give you a tracking nomber which you can use every time you do it....its really simple not as complicated as my answer :)

Be very careful if you are not sending money to someone you personally know. There are a lot of scams out there that ask you to send money to Western Union.

It is a cash ONLY service (some places will take debit cards since that comes straight out of your bank account)
