Question
western union money transfer?
I want to buy a laptop from a website that sells electronics really cheap(and I mean really cheap). The only payment option is western union money transfer, and that have me worried. Why dont they use paypal, or credit cards? If it is a scam, I could never get my money back if I just send it to them. What do you think?

Good eye on the scam. It probably is one when they only want western union. Once you pay the money, it's gone. The draw to the scam would be the really cheap laptops. Just pay a little more and actually get the computer.

I would definitely say its a scam! Especially if they're selling the laptop a real cheap price (too good to be true price probably). Don't continue with the transaction!

Don't trust them. A genuine company would not expect you to pay by western union. Paypal is safest because you are covered up to a certain amount (not sure what the limit is) if something goes wrong. Do not use a credit or debit card online unless you know for certain it is a secure site.

well western Union is a very trusted company, and you'll keep that little tearble receipt, in case you need to sue anybody, why don't you check that company with consumers affairs first?
