How do these sites like goggle,yahoo etc....make money?
peps tell they make money from advertisments but how much would they make like 0,00000000000000001cent for every click?i mean ho do these sites make money?and how do progs like IE NETSCAPE FIRFOX ETC MAKE MONEY?

Well Google and Yahoo actually make there money through a variety of sources, a main earner for each of them is whats known as PPC, pay per click advertising, its where you are basically paying Google to have other people click on your ads to get those people to your website. They also make money through sponsors, various advertising models, the services they provide, ect.. the same is true with social sites like Facebook and MySpace. Programs like FireFox, Netscape ect... make money from simply having enough people use there software, after which they can easily charge companies hundreds of thousands of dollars to advertise on there sites. Easy cash if your user base is large enough.

google yahoo and myspace make money from ads they are some of the most visited websites so of course companies are going to pay BIG bucks to put their ads on it. they're willing to spend tons of money on advertising because those sites get the most traffic so more consumers will see the ads. im sure they have other ways of making money - like the whole pay per click thing - but the majority of it is ads.
