HELP! Amazon banned my seller account for life -- Need to find a way back on!?
Long story short -- Someone got ahold of our Amazon account and did some stupid stuff, which ended up getting us banned for life. Amazon doesn't want to discuss it or hear about it, so our only option is to find a way to circumvent their system to get us another seller account. We've tried signing up with different names, or with our corporation as our name -- but nothing seems to work. I think it has to do with the fact that the credit card we're using has my name on it, etc... Has anybody successfully come back and gotten a new account once banned from Amazon? Thanks in advance.

Everything has to be different to open a new account. You are getting declined because you are using a credit card with your name on it. Use a different credit card, mom's, bother's, girlfriend's or similar. Good luck.

There's a federal law involved here. Accessing a protected computer - and Amazon's servers fall into the "protected" category - in excess of your authorized level of access is a felony. Pretending to be someone else in order to access them is *exactly* one of the things that the law covers. You can't argue that your "only option" is to find a way to circumvent their system. There IS no such option, at least legally. You only option is to sell your goods elsewhere. Well, either that, or develop a taste for being some big burly guy's girlfriend, available for rent to others whenever it suits him. Maybe you could sell your goods on ebaY. They apparently think it's a good idea to provide a friendly home for scammers.

I feel your pain. I was banned for selling the same thing at least 100 others were selling. No appeal that I can find no matter how unfair. They still have $6,000 of my money. You need a new street address and a credit card with that address, a different name obviously. A bank account with the new address and name, and a new IP address and email. My suppliers have told me that's what to do. I havent tried it yet, but would be very interested in anyones input.
