How can I send money from Iran's Bank to other country's banks (in Iran, it's so difficult)?
In my country , we cann't send moey to other country's banks directly.In Iran , we cann't use the Cards like VISA ,MASTER and other credit cards.Is there a way to send money to other foreing banks for using many services in Internet or not?

You should be able to do it through Swiss banks. However transfer the money to a Lebanese bank, which you should be able and from there to an international bank.

You could try sending a bank wire transfer which your bank will send for you.
