I,m filling an aplication form for a job and this is a question and I dont know what to answer . help me please

Have you ever been in a time when you went above & beyond the call of duty to resolve a problem, the end result was win win for both parties? Was there a time you went out of your way to ensure that a customer was completely satisfied? Did they thank you or tell your boss about the situation? Hope this helps

have you ever worked with customers before? If so did you go out of your way to help them? For example I was working for an insurance co in motor claims and we rec'd a garage bill but had no claim form. The 3rd time they phoned to chase payment they got me. Nothing had been done. I located the vehicle, traced the broker, got duplicate claim faxed through, set up claim and issued payment the same day and let the garage know. (they sent me a bouquet of flowers). You need to say something you have done.

I think you better give us some more details. What kind of job? Department store? Fast food? I give excellent ustomer service ALL the time. Here's what I do: I get the name AND HOW to properly pronounce that customer's name. I take the time to answer ALL the Qs he/she/they may have. I do my best to make sure the customer is satisfied. When its not right, I do my absolute best to make it right - even to the point where it may take time from other things I wou8ld like to do. Thanks for asking your Q!
