How can I attract foreign customers?

Hello, In Peru, where I live, the price I can ask for the services I provide (translation, search engine marketing, writing and website design) is very low... Which is the best way to attract foreign customers, so I can earn a little more? Thank you for your replies.

Advertising! Make yourself a website and market it for yourself! Its what you do anyway. Advertise on Craigslist...Good Luck!
