Yes, we have USAA for auto, home and life. They by far have been the best insurance. The rates are lower then anyone around - call for quotes! We have had 2 auto claims and both were handled within 2 days. This is one area where the military really gives back to the soilders and their families. I highly recommend this insurance for anyone that is eligible.

Yep I use them for car insurance and renters insurance. So far I've had nothing but great service from them. They are very informative and everytime I call they do their best to help me out in a cheery and timely manner. It has been by far the best insurance my husband and I have had. They also offer other thing as well though, such as specific insurance on wedding rings, credit cards, and banking. Your best bet is to check the website and if you are interested get a quote from them as to how much the insurance would be for you.

They have great service and are well rated. I used to have them for my own home and auto, but we check around every few years and made a switch. Always check around to see what your other options are because the whole "military" thing is really more about marketing than filling a niche better than other companies.

USAA is a great insurance company. They're direct writers, but you have to be active military, retired military, spouse or child of the above to be eligible. They are extra-flexible with underwriting, for problems that other insurance companies would surcharge you for (like no prior insurance for the past two years because you were deployed on assignment).
