Customer Service Phone number for greendot visa card? Please Help??
Please, does anyone have a phone number for the greendot visa card where you can actually talk with a human being instead of a machine? I have looked everywhere for some sort of number to ask questions about my account and so far can't get anything but a stupid machine that does't help me at all. Please can someone help me with this serious problem? I'm desparate. Thanks in advance I have called the 877-434-3578 number several times and they do not give the option of speaking with a person. It's all a machine. I'm hoping and praying there is some other number somewhere that let's you talk to a live person. Thanks It's hard to believe that a company so popular wouldn't have customer service. I've never had a problem before, however, this is very aggravating and wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone after all this mess. Thanks for trying to help, anyway. Thanks to all who have tried to help. I finially figured out how to get a human being by calling the above number. 1. Press the key on phone thats says you want to replace a stolen or lost card. 2. Press the key on phone that says you never received your card. Then they will transfer you to a human being to talk with about any problems you may be having. I still wouldn't reccomend this company for many reasons. Thanks again to everyone who tried to help.

is there a different number on your card or statement that you can try? sounds like they do not want to be bothered.

The number you require is not available, greendot customers are known as machines by this nature machines therefore are only able to answer any questions you may have. It is therefore adviseable that you speak to the Supervisor machine, which we believe is situated somewhere in India.
