PATIENCE PATIENCE PATIENCE!!!!!!!! I can't stress that enough!!! Cheerful Patience.... A cheerful postive attitude even and especially with the employEES.... Cheerful Patience! Learn the business... study the protocols.... Cheerful Patience!!!!! Some rules that were made, were made to be broken sometimes!!! depending on the situation.... Cheerful Patience!!!!!

Patience and don't let your job get to you! Don't take your worries of your job home! just need to be patient, and always service with a smile, even if you hate it. if its that bad u don't want to stay in a place where u are not happy! good luck
