True Credit by TransUnion?

Hi!I just canceled my service because i got an email from them (true credit from transunion) saying that my account was locked because of excessive use.When i called them to see what's going on they told me that an investigative team will "check" into my situation an they'll get back to me.Like i was a criminal.They accused me of fraud, conspiracy and whatnot.What is the meaning of having a daily update if you cannot use it daily.And it's not written anywhere when you sign up.Believe me,I'm decent man trying to build a good credit history but i just get "poked" from every possible angle.I would like to know if there are others in my situation out there

I go on there once a week to check the status of my credit file, and I never had that problem. I was locked out of my account twice bc I forgot my password and kept trying wrong passwords so they locked me out until I called them.
