how to promote compatible cartridge business?

i just establish a company with my friend, which is selling compatible inkjet and laser toner in adelaide. the website and office as been established. however, the existing promotion method that we using now (door to door sales), sounds like not very effective. we've try to sent promotion letter through post office to over 200 company. but still no response. is there any secret technique to sell business to business customers? thx for Pobept K to letting me know about your company's situation of priting consumption. yeh u r rite, maybe our price not rock bottom enuf to compare with ur supplier, but we quite confidence with our service that provide to customers. in order to satisfy our customers, we will try our best to match our customers' budget to spend. so, do u mind tell me how much u pay for ur toner/cartridge? if possible, do u mind tell me what model of printer u using now? thank you very much

First you have to have a product I need and want. This is a low volume , low demand, low priority produce, at least for me as I use a network and have 4 print stations that any of my 8 computer stations can print to. Second, I need a reason to change the company I am currently using. It will take more than saving a little bit to make me change, I currently get a Rock bottom price, great service. What can your do for me that will cause me to purchase from you?? good luck
