Guaranteed loans?

Does anyone know of a loan company that will give a guaranteed loan of £500/£1000 to tenants with poor credit rating and no guarantor backing them up. I'm talking about unsecured loans. Thanks.

You could try Provident, but be warned, their interest is about 450%. YES, 450%. Only use them or similar companies if you are desperate.

As someone has said, Provident give such loans, but they call on a weekly basis and their current APR is 117% so, where they got a good name from is beyond me because they are one of the biggest loan sharks out. There has to be a better way. If you are in work, can you not ask for an advance of salary, have you got family that you could ask, or unless you need the money for something very, very urgent, can you not do without. If it is to borrow to pay off existing debt, that would be very silly because you are just getting in deeper. Any company that gives loans to people with poor credit are going to fleece you. Try to do without.
