Does anyone in Greensboro have an extra room for rent?
I need a place to live near UNCG for less than 400 a month including utilities. Either rent by the week, or month. I can pay first months plus some in advance. Preferably no security deposit, but will pay one if needed. Preferably within walking/bike riding/ skateboarding distance to school, so I dont have to pay the OUTRAGEOUS parking fee. I would even stay in a really cheap (but decent) hotel if the price was good. Internet or cable is not a necessity. I am gay friendly, christian friendly, and pretty much get along with anyone. Help!!! P.S. I'm not asking where there is an apartment that I can rent. I know where there are plenty of apartments. I want a room for rent, or a boarding house/rooming house. I can't sign a lease.

Well try Sherwood Forest off of Chapman St., the Oaks or Collegiate Courtyard which are both on Spring Garden right next to each other. These are not that expensive but i definitely know that its preferable for UNCG students.
