Café business plans online?

I'm building on a business plan of starting (at some point in the future) up a diffrent kind of café. However, I've been looking around online for good links and sample business plans/budgets/statistics related to the café business/etc, and found very little. Anyone have any ideas as to good (and free as well as serious) links related to, primarily, starting cafés. Business entreprenours and plans are quite common, but I'm looking for more specific sites. Thanks... *hugs*

You are talking about the secrets that people don't give away for free. Investors will want to see what your secrets are, not which ones you borrowed from a website.
