Question

help! I have an interview next week with a medical insurance group, doing admin work.?

Pls help me prepare to answer these common interview questions, pls tell me what answers will u give to these ques. -what are your strengths & weaknesses? -discuss a prob.u had @ work w/a boss and how u resolved it -what can u tell me about your self Thanks in advance for everyone that gives a helpful answer

Obviously the answers you give to these questions will need to be very personalised, but here's some pointers: When they ask for your strengths and weaknesses, you should focus on your strengths and give some specific examples of how you have used them in previous jobs. When they ask for your weaknesses, you should choose one or two fairly minor weaknesses which won't have a major impact on your ability to do the job. If possible, you should also mention what you are doing to improve on your weaknesses - for example if you say that using spreadsheets is your weakness, you could say what you have been doing recently to improve this skill. Employers admire people who take personal development seriously. As for the "what can you tell me about yourself" question, you should prepare a 2 minute mini-speech about your educational qualifications and your career to-date, highlighting any major achievements you have made. At the end of the interview, ask them to tell you more about the day-to-day aspects of the job, and if you are still enthusiastic about the job, ensure you make it clear to them, for example by saying: "This sounds like the sort of job I would really enjoy doing, as I like... [mention here 1 or 2 things from the job description]." If you search on Google for "common interview questions" you will find many sites with other useful tips.
