Does anyone know what the "lehman formula" is for commission rates?

It is for investment banking and the commission is a percentage of the deposit that is paid to the banker. The percentage decreases as the deposit increases. The percentage is 5% for the first million dollars deposited, 4% for the second, 3% for the third, 2% for the fourth and 1% for each million thereafter. There are also variations of the formula in use.
