Question
Now Walmart is selling Dell? Does this mean that I can sell Dell in my small store? Dell the next e-Machine?
I don't like endorsing the competition but if that competition has a name like Microsoft I'd be foolish not to. Dell now toots the same horn at business by introducing ultimately inexpensive computer systems at a corporate giant. Should companies like Dell be allowed to have such an impact on the market? Several times I've opted to start a C store and carry specifically Dell branded computers and peripherals. I always get thrown into an endless loop. When I finally find a representative who will sell to me, they end up pitching me "White Box" computers. White Box means you get the dell brand in a very poor configuration build. At best you would have to flip the computer that same day to make even. My question is: How can the small business man compete with corporate giants? Will anyone offer me a loan for 100 million so i can afford to advertise like Them?

I'd almost expect wal*mart to be selling the white box computer or slightly better. they are only priced around 5-800 dollars. its tough for a small business to compete with corporate giants. Possible but tough. You have start locally. don't try to make a billion dollars, build up to that goal. Start in a town then a region. I dont know who would give loans for that amount. It will take a lot of persuasion and solid business plan to get that lucky.
