Question
What does this mean..HELP PLEASE????
Dear John Gill, Clairenas opened a dispute for the payment made to you on 26 Apr 2007 indicating that the item they received did not match your original description. Your Transaction ID: ---------------- Buyer's Transaction ID: ------------------ By opening this dispute, Claire is asking for your help to resolve this issue. This is your best opportunity to resolve this problem before the buyer escalates it to a PayPal claim or contacts their card issuer about opening a chargeback. ----------------------------------- What to Do Next: ----------------------------------- Most of the time, disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably when you communicate with the buyer in the Resolution Centre. There, you'll be able to review the dispute details, post messages back and forth with the buyer, or ask PayPal to decide the case by escalating this dispute to a claim. - Log in to your PayPal account - Click the Resolution Centre tab - Review the dispute details What happened wasi sld something on my dads ebay and my dad posted the rong jeans and the buyer was very rude and demanded a full refund and now wants a full refund including me sending money to her to send back and she wants the money for the jeans back plus the postage she paid so ive paid to send them to her and will be paying to send back and she has been very rude and has posted a thing on paypal.............will they take the money off me???because nodoubt she will win the dispute please help i dont know what to do

Log on to e.Bay and they have a help section where you can ask other e.Bayers advice. Good luck.

I'm assuming you sold something on Ebay or another auction site, and the buyer used Paypal to complete the transaction. This email from Paypal means that the buyer associated with this transaction is claiming to Paypal that the item you shipped them was not described accurately in your auction. What you have to do is log into your Paypal account (go directly to Paypal and log in, don't click on any links to ensure information safety). Once you're in Paypal, go to the Resolution Center tab, and then you'll be able to read specifically what the buyer is saying about the transaction and what they're claiming is wrong with their item. From there you should see instructions in Paypal on how to dispute this claim and go further. :) EDIT: Just read your additional info. By filing the claim with Paypal, if you do not surrender to the buyer's terms as listed in the Paypal resolution center, then yes, Paypal can automatically take the money she paid to you back from your account and refund it to her. If you've already sent her money, you need to say so in Paypal so they don't automatically refund her money. Also, part of the dispute process should be that she is required to mail the item back to you...and I don't believe that includes you sending her the money to do so.

Explain that you made a mistake and sent the wrong jeans in error and that you will be happy to provide a full refund (cost of the jeans plus original postage). If she's not happy with that you may have to stump up the cost of her returning the jeans to you. Its a tough lesson to have learned but we've all done it! Hope this helps!

Well either send them the right jeans and keep the money or give them a refund. They are well with in their rights to ask for a refund although there is no reason for them to be rude. Just remain calm tell pay pal~ebay that a mistake had been made in posting and you are going to send the original package.Get them to send the other jeans for you to pay on arrival. This should resolve the matter.
