Filing Bankruptcy but I need a different Vehicle can I get a loan?

I'm filing bankruptcy and if I surrender my van I don't have a way to work. Is it possible to get a vehicle before I file ?

Bad advice here....be careful! If you enter into a loan agreement just prior to filing bankruptcy, you are opening yourself up to fraud charges, or having your BK dismissed. For starters, you may not lose your van. You are allowed to keep your van (if you re-affirm the debt to the lender). That means once you apply for bankruptcy, you promise the lender that you will continue to make the payments on the car. Go over this with your attorney. DO NOT take out a loan just prior to filing BK, because it will get you into trouble.

Sure it is. But, it's going to be hard because if you are about to file bankruptcy chances are your bills are not being paid as agreed and that's going to make it hard to get approved without trading in your current vehicle. What you might do is get approved with your trade and then reaffirm on the new vehicle after you file bankruptcy.
