try prosper ... It is sort of an online "lending club" the terms are all there to see and there is plenty of money available to borrow. The interest rates can be high, but you say you've already exhausted all other possibilities.

You say conventional methods have failed you. I take it that means you can't get a bank loan. Can you borrow from your parents? Stay away from payday loans!!! The interest rates run about 400%! Honestly. I've seen this on Oprah from at least three experts. If you own a house, maybe you can get a second mortgage. Do you have a car you can sell? You might consider posting more details about what you have tried and what you need the money for. Good luck!
