Loans for people with horrible credit!?

I am need of a small personal loan. My credit score has been jeopardized because I had my personal information stolen by a family member, and I am now in the process of having negative marks removed from my credit. I am looking for a private loan in the amount of $15,000 for business purposes and for other reasons. I have found many companies that say they offer loans to people like me, but they charge outrageous fees. I am in need of a legitimate loan company for individuals with subprime credit. NO SPAMMERS. NO ONE FROM OUTSIDE THE US. NO ONE WHO WANTS AN UPFRONT PAYMENT. I look forward to your responses. Feel free to email me or contact me via messenger.

You might try H.S.B.C., Capital-One or Wells Fargo. They all make sub-prime loans and charge resonable interest rates. I have over 15-lenders and these are the best ones. Good luck.

What totally sucked was the fact that after college I had so much credit card debt that piled up and it was really affecting my credit score.
