Question

Accepting Credit Card Payments?

I have just started an online business and at the moment, my site is only accepting Paypal payments. However, I want to extend this option to also include credit card payments. Can anyone advise me on what service is the best?

Paypal has a function to accept credit card payments. You probably have to upgrade your account. If not, you can check out www.2checkout.com.

PayPal does accept credit card payments. You have to upgrade to the merchant account. They charge a percentage of each transaction. Your customer can choose to sign in and pay with their PayPal account or just simply enter their credit card info if they don't have an account with PayPal.

I have been doing business online for some time now and when I started, I was exactly like you. However, while my business was doing really, I discovered that I was loosing a lot of sales because I only gave potential customers one option to pay. Anyway, I did a number of searches online, asked a number of questions - just like you :-) - and I was directed to the following page:- www ... I eventually signed up for the service offered there that enables me to accept credit card payments online. I did this about four months ago. All I can say is that was the best move I have made since deciding to start my own business. Within the first month of using the service, my sales figure increased by 40%. Now, my sales figure stands at about 120% over what it was when I was only using Paypal. So might I suggest that you do the same. The page is:- www ... Here's to your success!

With paypal you wont be able to increase your sales it will be limited up to a certain stage only. There are many other online payment options you have to put each one of them or atleast credit card option to increase your sales. You can also have a merchant account. You can make some search on yahoo or google to know about more other options. To know more you can visit onlinepaymentoption ... and a2zhomebusinesstips2 ... and creditcardbiz ...

I assume you have a bank account, so talk to your banker and see who they recommend. The bank likely has a company who processes their CC transactions and you will get the money deposited into your checking account faster that way. Be careful dealing with outside companies not affiliated with your bank. Some may hold your money for a week or more before crediting it to your account.

If you are in credit card debt, you probably don't want to admit that your car payment is part of the problem. But it is. You're thinking, but I need a car and my car payment isn't related to my credit card. In some ways, that's true. But from a cash flow perspective, your car payment severely limits your ability to pay off your credit card debt. Sell your car. Buy a cheaper one (ideally, pay cash for the new car). Use the money that you're saving (on the car, the insurance, and everything else) to pay down your debt. You'll pay off your debt faster. In a few months or years, you'll be driving a better car than the one you have right now. You probably have some sort of attachment to your car. Get over it. The attachment to the car is keeping you in debt. Let me tell you my story: a year ago I bought an SUV with every feature the manufacturer made. It cost me nearly $40,000. The payments were about $600 per month. The insurance was outrageous and I felt like I was always at the gas pump. Besides that, I had a pile of credit card debt. So I sold the car and bought a used Honda Civic. I cut my payments and insurance premium in half. And I feel like I'm never at the gas station. That simple solution alone added hundreds of dollars to my monthly budget. It sure made it a lot easier to pay off my debt. Read more about it at: www ...
