Is there any lender out there that will give a personal loan with horrible credit?

My home was recently in foreclosure. I've gotten it out of foreclosure, but I am behind on numerous bills. I have a termendous amount of late payments on my credit history which gives me a score somewhere under 500. I need a personal loan to get back on track, but I can't find anyone out there that will lend to me. Anyone know of anywhere I could find a loan?? Non-Payday Loan. I'm looking for a 5-10 thousand dollar loan. Please Help!!!
