I have a Wamu credit card and I have no complaints. I was on the Fair/Good credit line and didn't have any credit cards. I started getting offers from them and I decided to get one. The website is very well laid out and they have programs to help you monitor your credit (if you wish to try them out). Just don't go over your limit or make a late payment; over limit fee is around $39 and late payment is $35. I haven't experienced either of those but my understanding is that they are assessed immediately (so if you pay a day late you will be charged a late payment fee). If you make your payments on time and don't go over your limit they will increase your credit limit. Overall its a good company to get a credit card from in my opinion. Try looking at Capital One too, and if you have a bank look at their cards too.

Apply for a $500 credit card; that's what I have with them and no matter how much I run the balance up (without going over the limit), my minimum monthly payments have never exceeded $15, so that makes it REAL easy to pay extra every month. The interest they charge is substantial, but I don't notice with payments like that!

I have found a button on the source. It leads to a site that does not turn anyone down for a credit card and no credit checks. The site is great for other resources.
