If you are willing to put down a lot of money, a lot Mortgage Companies do ignore some things on your credit report. They will not tell you in writing or on the record, but if you don't have much bad credit, or if you are paying down some, Money is everything, so more down, they more they look away! Good Luck~

It sounds as if the lender did not inform you of potential problems before spending your money for the appraisal. I just want to say from personal experience if you can, wait until your credit and financial picture are better. It will be worth the wait. You'll get a better interest rate and you won't be struggling to pay your mortgage. If you get a high interest rate and your payments are high you might find yourself in trouble within no time. Believe me it will be worth the wait when you can move into your new home and not have to struggle with high payments.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution. I will hereby talk from my personal experience. I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details, if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first, a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found : umgarticles ... if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!
