What Happens if You Don't Pay A Payday Loan...............?
And you no longer have the checking account the check was written on?? This has happened to my friend and she thinks they can't do anything.....she already has bad credit and is in check systems.....plus the money went against her state assistance,which she says they cannot touch..i told her to pay it anyway or it will still go into collections...what do you think??

It goes to collections and on your credit report plus they can garnish your wages...

The payday is out there to help so report them that the account is close, she will go to collection, no question about it and she will also be report when the check goes back to the payday.That's not going to be good new to her.
