Internet Merchandising Joint Venture.?

Where and how can I find an internet merchandising company that would be interested in developing a joint venture agreement where as our firm provides the finished product (concept, design, knowhow, manufacturing, etc.) and they provide an already established internet medium for promoting internet sales, positioning, knowhow and e-commerce merchandising?
