Here is what used to study Good luck They have an online study guide that worked great. I also did the classes through them.

The best way in my view is to call a re school and ask them about "cram" courses for the test. They are not very expensive and well worth the cost. They will also provide you with sample test questions which are like or very similar to the test itself. Try to memorize questions and answers from these samples.
