Can I open a credit card using my ein and not my social security number?

You can open BUSINESS credit card accounts using your company's EIN. If you attempt to open personal credit accounts by entering the EIN rather than your SS# you may be committing fraud.

You could ask a bank if they could give you a credit card using your EIN. Usually the employers also get credit card in their business name
