Pharmacy is tough, I'm not going to lie. But you can start with blogging and article distribution. You can start a health related blog and attract free traffic to your blog and redirect that to your business. Writing article will be a great start point for you. Write about health related issues and include a link back to your pharmacy. These two will help you get going.

It is usallyy not a good idea to start a business unless you have some sort of a budget.. Online pharmacy's are a very competitive business to be in. They are a dime a dozen. You could do SEO yourself if you could master it in a short amount of time.
