I had unsecured personal loan from Nat west offshore bank, after ew months I stopped paying the loan?
and guaranted cheques amount a bout 5000 pound due to some finical difficulty, the Bank called me and told that they will send this case to the court, I offered the bank to pay the loan but on my ability with no extra interest but the bank refused as its will take long time to cover my loan, now if the case went to the court , the court can send the Judge to the Interpol , Internatinal police and charge me in Malaysia as natwest has branch there , I dont have a UK citizenship and working in Malaysia, the loan contract with me and Nat west Isle of Man and no things happened with Natwest malyasia , all my documents with the bank is original no fraud.

Indeed yes. I hope they suceed in recovering my money, I didn't put it in natwest for you to steal it. Judging by your only other question on this site i think you've had plenty of warning they were going to sue you. I hope the book is big and heavy. ....although you appear to have moved 8,000 miles since your last question

Difficult to understand just what you are saying, but if you took out a loan with an off shore bank failed to keep up payments and defaulted on guaranteed cheques of £5,000. The bank has every right to come after you. If you raised the cheques knowing that you would not be able to meet them, then that is fraud. It goes from a civil matter to a police case.

Pay up - if you take out a loan you pay it back. Who do expect to cover it for you? Well, it's us innocent people at the moment and we don't like it. Don't borrow money you can't afford to pay back!
