Citifinancial Auto Loan?

My husband and I have a 2004 Kia Optima financed though Citifinancial Auto, we quit paying on the loan in June after the dealer refused to fix the car and told Citi to come and get the car. Never heard anything from them, In October they called and said that they were comming to get the car, never showed. We recieved a letter from an attorney about repossing the car and they never showed. I have been trying to contact them and they say they don't know who I need to talk to about them taking the car back. What would you do? And has anyone else had this problem with them
