Any good home finance companies for bad credit and little or no down for first time buyers?
My wife and I have bad credit and we live and work at a homeless shelter and we really want to move to Oklahoma closer to my elderly Mom and Dad

There are financing companies that offer sub-prime home loans, especially for folks with low FICO scores. Try a company called NovaStar Financial. They are based out of Kansas City, so would be covering the Oklahoma territory, I'm sure.

Yes. There are dozens of lenders that offer financing to people with poor credit. Your best bet is to call up a few Mortgage Brokers in the area you wish to move to. Have them advise you based upon your credit score, history, income, and assets on which loan will suit you best. They will shop your loan around to find the cheapest lender available. Having said that, with bad credit, you aren't really expecting a cheap loan are you? Be prepared to pay for your bad credit. Use that time to fix your credit so that you can refinance into a program that will cost you less. Best of luck.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution. I will hereby talk from my personal experience. I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details, if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first, a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found : umgarticles ... if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!
