Does anyone know if American Express & Discover offer secured cards?

Now that both companies have entered the co-branding & affinity markets with numerous institutions outside of just their private branding, I was hoping both may have a secured card available. As anyone knows, there is a multitude of Visa & Mastercard secured cards out there, but I would like to acquire an AmEx & Discover. I'm currently working on improving my credit rating and don't qualify for an unsecured card from either company. Is anyone familiar with products available along the lines of what I'm seeking?
