I cannot vouch for any particular refilling company but with my experience in buying, selling and using them, I have only had one problem. They are cheaper than OEM original cartridges because you don't have to buy the cases over and over which keeps the cost lowered. Don't try to refill them more than a few times but when averaged out, they are a sensible alternative to genuine brand cartridges. You can also consider generic brand cartridges (ie Staples, OfficeMax, etc.) which work just as well.
